Our approach
Optional cookies and similar terminal-access technologies are off by default. Accept and reject are offered at the same level, and refusing consent does not block access to public content.
Technology inventory
- Session and security: Laravel session/CSRF values needed for sign-in, form security and load balancing; retained for the session or configured security period.
- natres_consent_v1: a preference record in browser local storage, not a cookie; stores version, time and external-content choice and is requested again after no more than six months.
- External content: OpenStreetMap and Copernicus/GloFAS map requests load only after “External maps and content” permission. Providers may receive IP address and browser data.
No advertising or behavioural-marketing cookies are currently used. Analytics cannot be enabled before this inventory and the preference interface are updated.
Manage choices
Choose “Necessary only”, “Accept all” or detailed settings in the banner. Reopen “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change or withdraw your choice just as easily.
Legal framework
The mechanism follows prior-consent principles in the GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, Greek Law 3471/2006 and Türkiye’s KVKK Cookie Applications Guide. The final inventory and text require legal/data-protection review before production.
